Elite Package: All-Inclusive
The Elite All Inclusive Package is for the family who want help with the entire event – from start to finish. Full-service packages are all-inclusive – they capture all the services we offer – design and planning of the entire main event as well as the Mass. This package is one in which you want us to be involved in every step of the way, including helping coordinate the religious and cultural aspects of the event. We also attend most or all the initial site visits / vendors with you as well as any tastings. Day-of-coordination for the Quinceanera is also included.
For an all-inclusive design, planning, and coordination experience, packages begin at $5,000.00. This option is more appropriate for larger-scale, more elaborate Quinceaneras, requiring an extensive amount of planning time and/or a celebration with a sizeable number of invited guests. Typically, the planner will spend approximately 50 hours planning a Quince for a family who chooses this package, as we are also involved in the coordination of the religious aspects of the event. No matter which package you choose, we will determine your financial plan in our first meeting and commit to helping you secure the perfect vendors within your overall budget. (Please note that the quoted price is for Elite Source LLC’s services only; it does not reflect the cost of services from other vendors you choose (e.g., venue, decor, catering, music, etc.).) Any of our packages can also be adjusted and customized to meet your needs – just ask and we will put something together that works just for you.
