Rolanda Jones, Founder, Owner and Operator
Rolanda Jones is an entrepreneurial-minded individual and accomplished industry professional who is highly skilled in project and event management on both large and small scale. As a strong team builder with expertise in efficiently coordinating resources, she excels in delivering an exceptionally well-planned and executed event by providing a high level of attention to detail that ensures exceptional events. Her highly organized managerial style emphasizes customer relation skills and deadline-oriented problem solving. She has outstanding customer service, public relations, and communications skills that facilitate ensuring that each client’s desires are met and exceeded while honoring the customer’s budget requirements. She has successfully delivered numerous highly successful and extremely well-received events.
Rolanda holds a dual bachelor’s degree in business administration from Goodwin College in East Hartford, Connecticut, and Political Science from Howard University in Washington, D.C. She is also Lean trained, Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
Rolanda is a seasoned Supply Chain professional with experience in medical devices, aerospace, and automotive manufacturing. Expertise in budgeting and accounting, program planning, quality assurance, procurement and compliance. She is highly skilled at managing, training, and developing staff, and promoting a positive workforce. She is experienced in Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma training allowing effectiveness to increase quality, efficiency and eliminate wasted resources.
